Why does my statement show “PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA”?
SVG Forge is a Xeviora product, and our payments are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, so charges appear as “PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA” (or “PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET” for PayPal). If you don't recognise a charge, contact support@xeviora.com or look it up at paddle.net before contacting your bank.
How do I cancel?
Open your dashboard and choose “Manage subscription” — you can cancel there at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email support@xeviora.com or request it at paddle.net.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits from Pro and from credit packs never expire and stay in your account if you cancel. They can only be used for AI generations on SVG Forge, have no cash value and can't be transferred.
