SVG Forge (svg.xeviora.com) is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: support@xeviora.com

By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SVG Forge.

SVG Forge provides free, browser-based SVG tools (viewing and editing, conversion to PNG, JPG, WebP and PDF, optimization, image vectorization and code export for React, Vue, CSS and data URIs), an AI text-to-SVG generator that writes SVG code from a text prompt you provide. The free tools run locally in your browser on files you open; the AI generator processes your prompt on our servers and through our AI service providers.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. If we remove a core paid feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. An account is only needed for AI generation; the free tools work without one.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout for all Xeviora products is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Charges appear on your card or bank statement as “PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA” (or “PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET” for PayPal). For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit https://paddle.net.

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Free. Everyone can use the free tools at no cost. Signed-in users on the Free plan get 3 AI generations per day (reset at midnight UTC); visitors without an account can try the generator once per day.

Pro. Paid plans (SVG Forge Pro — US$9.99 per month or US$99 per year, each including 300 AI generation credits per month) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page (Dashboard → Manage subscription) or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

Credits are prepaid usage units that can only be used within SVG Forge to access its features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for any other product or service. Credits are not a stored-value or payment instrument. Credits do not expire: they stay in your account until you use them, including after you cancel a subscription, but they are removed if your account is deleted or if the purchase that included them is refunded. Refunds for purchases that include credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

• Credits come with SVG Forge Pro (300 per month) or as a one-time credit pack (100 credits for US$4.99). A credit pack is a one-time payment and does not renew.
• Your free daily generations are used first; after that, each AI generation uses 1 credit. If a generation fails before it starts, the credit is returned to your account automatically.

You agree not to use SVG Forge to: break any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; access content or data you are not authorised to access; violate the terms of third-party websites or services; send spam or unsolicited messages; collect personal data about others without a lawful basis; interfere with or overload our systems; or resell or share the service without our permission.

You may not use AI features to create or distribute: content depicting a real person without their explicit consent; face swaps, deepfakes or voice imitations; sexual or adult content; content that infringes intellectual property or trademarks (including other companies' logos); academic work to be submitted as your own; medical, legal or financial advice; or anything illegal, harmful or deceptive. The generator creates original artwork only and declines requests for real companies' logos, trademarks or portraits of real people. AI output can be inaccurate — verify it before relying on it. We may filter inputs and outputs and suspend accounts that violate this section.

The converters and the image vectorizer work on files you choose to open. Only use images and graphics you own or have the right to use — you are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, convert or reuse.

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you (for example, to store, process or display it). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use with SVG Forge.

AI-generated output and commercial use

As between you and us, you may use the SVGs you generate for your own purposes. SVGs you generate while you have an active SVG Forge Pro subscription may also be used commercially; generations made on the Free plan are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Your use of any output is at your own responsibility: you must make sure it does not infringe anyone's trademarks, copyrights or other rights, and you may not use it as, or to imitate, another company's logo or brand identity, or register or use it as a trademark where it resembles an existing mark. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique — similar prompts may produce similar results for other users — and we do not warrant that any output is free of third-party rights.

SVG Forge, Xeviora and their software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on our sites belong to their owners; SVG Forge is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

SVG Forge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using SVG Forge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Cancellation of a paid plan is handled as described in section 5.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
